NO LIMITS COVID-19 POLICY

At NO LIMITS HELI ADVENTURE, safety has and continues to be our top priority.  We’ve enhanced cleaning and added new policies for boarding and face masks to keep you safe as you travel.

ENHANCED CLEANING OF OUR AIRCRAFT
We hold ourselves to the highest standard and strive to create an environment as clean as possible. In our helicopters we’ve applied Transport Canada Airline Policy,

  • all helicopters are cleaned and disinfected after each flight.

FACE MASK POLICY
Aligning with regulations, as of Monday, April 20th at 12pm EDT, Transport Canada requires that all guests have a non-medical mask or face covering to cover their mouth and nose during travel.

When travelling by air, you will be required to cover your mouth and nose:

  • while boarding your flight
  • at all times during the flight
  • when instructed to by a crew member

All guests must be in possession of their own face mask or non-medical mask. Failure to have one, could result in a denial of boarding.
See the
Public Health Agency of Canada’s guidance on face coverings.

SAFE BOARDING

  1. For added safety while boarding:

    a. In compliance with Transport Canada regulations, to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we require all guests to respond to a heath questionnaire at the time of boarding.
    b. We urge guests to respond truthfully as providing false or misleading information could result in a $5,000 fine under the Aeronautics Act.

  2. Symptom screening
    a. Non-contact temperature checks
    b. If you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or feeling unwell, you cannot board a flight.
    c. If you have a medical condition which presents symptoms similar to those of COVID-19, you will need a doctor’s note or medical certificate that states your medical condition to board the flight.

As a community and provincial tourism partner, we continue to follow provincial & federal health policies (no inbound international guests). Due to the federal policies, we will be concentrating our marketing efforts within Canada until other regions are opened later this year.
