Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time (30 minutes for the Ice Cave/Volcano Experiences). Late shows will lose their spot and have to wait for the next available time slot.   

Tours with glacier or high alpine landings can have much cooler temperatures than on ground, please dress warmly with boots during the winter season.

We recommend you also bring sunscreen and sunglasses for all tours.

Cancellations due to weather are rescheduled whenever possible. No charges will apply. Refundable at 100% if unsuccessful. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. 

Please note that our refund policy doesn't apply to private & custom charters. Any cancellations whether due to the weather or requested by the customer will not benefit from a full refund. A credit equivalent to 30% of the total booking amount will be held by No Limits Heli Adventures for a year and can be applied towards another booking (expires 1 year after initial flight/tour date).

Children 2 years of age and under will sit on the guardian’s lap. Children over 2 years of age require their own seat.

Maximum single seat capacity is 300 pounds. 

All tours are subject to weather, availability of aircraft and civil emergencies. All tours are subject to applicable taxes.
